Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. This does not include orders on backorder or custom items, which will have individual lead times listed on the product page. If we need to verify or amend your order or payment information, shipment may be delayed.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, and Canada. Free shipping applies to eligible orders within the contiguous United States. For other regions, a shipping fee may apply depending on your location and the selected warehouse.

Fulfillment
Our orders are fulfilled through our local warehouse network in the above regions. You can find tracking information on your order page once your package ships.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

United States: 3–7 business days (weight-dependent)
Canada / UK: 4–15 business days (weight-dependent)
France / Germany / Italy / Spain: 4–30 business days

Customs & Import Duties
Any customs fees, tariffs, or import taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
