1. Refunds Not Due To Quality Issues - 7 Days Returns

“I don’t like the product, it is not the same product as I imagined, can I return the parcel?”- In this case, we accept your return request within 7 days (from the day you receive the parcel), here are some notes:
1.1 You will be charged for the freight.

1.2 Return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund. (To know the specific fees, you can contact us at shopify@powerguidance.com )

1.3 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

1.4 To start a return, you can submit your return asking on the order page, or you can contact us at shopify@powerguidance.com with your order number, once approved, a shipping label will be provided. (Always within 3 working days)

1.5 Please return the package on the shipping label we provided. We don’t accept shipping labels without records.

1.6 Items sent back to us without an inform will not be accepted.

1.7 After confirming that there is no problem with the returned product, we will refund you within 3 working days through your original account.

2. Refunds Due To Quality Issues - 30 Days Returns

Our products are strictly inspected before sending out to ensure that there are no quality issues. Of course, no matter how careful we are, there is still a really small chance, that there may be some collisions in the long transit. In this case, we accept your refund within 30 days (from the day you receive the parcel), here are some notes:

2.1 Packages broken and lost are not included in this part.

2.2 We will take responsibility for the freight.

2.3 Once you found the quality issue, please reach out to us and have us review videos or photos of your concerns(anything that can provide a clear image of the quality issue in question.) with your order number. (We will reply to you within 3 working days.)

2.4 As soon as we confirm the product has a quality problem, we will give you the shipping label.

2.5 Please return the package on the shipping label we provided. We don’t accept shipping labels without records.

2.6 Items sent back to us without an inform will not be accepted.

2.7 After we receive the returned product, we will refund you within 3 working days through your original account. Or you just want an exchange service, a new product will be sent to you after receiving the returned product.

3. 1-Year Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty for the products in the Weightlifting and Rigs&Racks categories. If our products have any quality problems within 1 year, you can contact us with your order number and we will provide an exchange service. Here are some notes:

3.1 You will be charged for the freight.

3.2 We will send a new product or a new attachment for you.

4. Damage&Lost Package

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

5. Refunds Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It may take 3-7 working days for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund, you can contact your credit to know the precise time.
