The guide is so helpful for beginners, the color is pretty the quality is so good and I loved the bag and socks. It has 3 bands: light, medium and heavy

I love this pilates set—it’s well made and comes with a transport/storage bag that fits everything! It even came with a small pump to inflate the pilates ball, which was a very nice touch. I expected to have to go looking for our bicycle pump. I particularly like being able to work out at home and not drive to a gym.

This set comes with everything you need except a mat. Inside the box are a pilates ball, 3 various strength bands, a resistance band, and a pilates exercise ring. It also comes with a list of home exercises in the book so you do not need to have any experience to use this.

The color is a soft pink, and the products are well made and feel durable. I enjoyed working out with these and the accompanying exercise list was very helpful for someone new to pilates. The transport/storage bag was a bonus and helps keep things together and organized.

I think this is perfect for beginners and those with previous experience.

This Pilates set is fantastic! It looks great, feels great, and appears to be made of high-quality materials. I believe it would make an excellent gift for anyone. If you’re looking for a home Pilates set to help you work out on your own, this is a great choice. The grip socks are particularly effective, although I’m not sure how long they’ll last. The stretch bands and blow-up ball are also great. Every piece of this set felt and worked exactly as I expected, and I highly recommend it. I got the pink color and it looks great. Very nice and vibrant. If you know what you’re doing when it comes to Pilates, this is a very easy set to use and for the money get your job done.
