How do I install and remove the collars?

Open the lever and slide the collar onto the barbell sleeve until it sits against the outermost plate. Close the lever fully and check that the collar is secure. To remove it, open the lever and slide the collar off.

How many collars are included?

Each order includes one pair of barbell collars: two collars in your selected color. The barbell and weight plates shown in the images are not included.
