## Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 2‑3 working days after we receive the order. Excludes freight‑only orders, items with stated production lead‑times, non‑clearance orders and scratch‑and‑dent clearance items. This policy applies only to in‑stock items held in our warehouse.
If POWER GUIDANCE needs to contact you to validate or amend your order or payment information for payment collection purposes, your shipment may be delayed. Order processing means your items are fully packed and ready prior to the carrier’s final scheduled pickup.

POWER GUIDANCE shall not be liable for shipment delays caused by weather events, power outages or other force‑majeure circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
